“S” Part 1 of 4

S. Phillips & G. Larson - Knight Rider theme song.

The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. - “Lovely Day” from It's Gonna Be A Lovely Day.

Sal Paradise - “Road Move #57” from Tooth & Nail Rock Sampler Volume 1.

Saliva - “Raise Up” from Back Into Your System” and “Click, Click, Boom” from Every Six Seconds.

Salt ‘N Pepa - “Push It” from Hot, Cool & Vicious.

Samantha Mamba - “Gotta Tell You” from the album of the same name.

The Samples - “Falling In Love” from Real Tracks.

Sanctus Real - Entire The Face of Love and Fight the Tide albums. “Say It Loud” from the album of the same name.

Sandi Thom - “I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers In My Hair)” from Smile... It Confuses People. This song caught my attention immediately. She wishes she was alive in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s. Me too, Sandi, me too.

Santana - Complete All That I Am, Shaman, and Supernatural albums. “El Farol” from Smooth [US CD Single].

Sappo - “Taxidermy” and “Aladdin” from Organic Records Sampler.

Sara Bareilles - Entire Little Voice and Little Voice: Stripped.

Sara Evans - “Born to Fly” from the album of the same name and “As If” from Greatest Hits.

Sarah Masen - “Mary” from Cheapskates: Softer Side.

Sarah McLachlan - “Stupid”, “Train Wreck”, and “World on Fire” from Afterglow, “Blackbird” from Afterglow Live, “I Will Remember You” and “Dear God” from Rarities, B-Sides & Other Stuff, and “Song for a Winter's Night” from Wintersong. Complete albums: Fumbling Towards Ecstasy, Rarities, B-Sides & Other Stuff: Vol. 2, and Surfacing.

Savage Garden - Entire Affirmation album and “To the Moon and Back” from Feel the Power.

Saving Jane - “Girl Next Door” from the album that bears the same title.

Saxon Shore - “Bar Clearing Good Times” from REIGoPlaylist.com. An amazing instrumental. I could very well see someone dancing to this as they clean the bar.

Say-So - “Mercy Me” and “Let It Be Love” from Organic Records Sampler. Female-led rock band.

Scapegoat Wax - “Crawlin’” from American Eagle’s Get Together sampler. A slower track.

Scatman John - “Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)” from Clubcutz America. As much as I wouldn’t want to be a man of scat (haha), this man’s talent is amazing. Something about stuttering in the song, but I don’t hear any stuttering.

Scorpions - “Rock You Like a Hurricane” from Classic Rock Gold.

Scott Krippayne - “Deeper Still” from All of Me, “Cross of Christ” from Bright Star, Blue Sky, and “Hope Has a Way” from Wild Imagination.

Scott Stapp - “The Great Divide” from the album of same name. Stapp is the lead singer of Creed. This solo attempt is far from a failure.

Seal - “Walk On By” from Best: 1991-2004 and “Love’s Divine” from Seal IV. I also have the entire first self-titled album. Seal’s real name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel.

Sean Kingston - “Beautiful Girls”, “There’s Nothing” and “Take You There” from his self-titled album.

Sean Paul - “Get Busy” and “Gimme the Light” from Dutty Rock.

Secondhand Serenade - “It's Not Over” from Awake and “Fall For You” from A Twist In My Story.

Seether - “Fine Again” from Disclaimer and “Broken” from Disclaimer II. Very, very, very similar sound to Evanescence. Amy Mann lent her vocal talent on “Broken”.

Sense Field - “Save Yourself” from Tonight and Forever. Sense Field was an pop-rock/post-hardcore band from California that formed in 1991 out of the ashes of hardcore band, Reason to Believe.

Sergio Mendes, will.i.am & Siedah Garrett - “Funky Bahia” from Encanto. Like I said before I love Latin music and this track is awesome.

Set Forth (now known as The Northern Way) - “So It Goes” from their self-titled album. They weren’t as good as this song leads one to believe. I saw them live as they opened for Meese.

Seven Day Jesus - Complete self-titled album. Christian ‘90s pop rock.

Seven Mary Three - “Cumbersome” from American Standard. Sounds like 311.

Seven Places - “Landslide” from Lonely For the Last Time. Christian modern rock.

Sevendust - “Waffle” from H2o American Eagle Summer Sampler and “Denial” from Home.

Seventh Day Slumber - Complete albums: Finally Awake, Once Upon a Shattered Life, and Take Everything.

Shaded Red - Complete albums: Red Revolution and self-titled. Christian alternative rock band from Denver, CO. These are the only two albums they released during their time together from 1993-2000. I love the sound these guys produce, its addicting. Top 25.

Shaggy - Complete Hot Shot album and “Hey Sexy Lade” from Lucky Day.

Shakira - Entire Laundry Service album and “Hips Don’t Lie” from Oral Fixation, Vol. 2.
